QuPath workshop in Copenhagen and Aarhus - Full house
Since its formation, the DBI-INFRA Image Analysis Core Facility has organized several workshops, which have quickly reached capacity and garnered outstanding feedback from participants. The most recent workshop was the one-day QuPath workshop held in April 2024 and hosted by the Bioimaging Core Facility at Aarhus University. A hands-on workshop tailored for life scientists and bioimaging facility staff to learn how to quantify histology and multiplexing images.
